The short version
Every Embodi course comes with a thirty-day unconditional refund. If you decide within thirty days of purchase that the course is not for you, email us and we will refund you in full. No forms, no questions.
How to request a refund
Email hello@embodi.life from the address you used to buy the course. Include your order reference if you have it handy (you can find it in your purchase confirmation email). We will confirm and process the refund within two business days.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once we process the refund on our end, the funds usually appear in your account within five to ten business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
What happens to your access
When we process a refund, access to the refunded course is removed. If you would like to come back later, you are welcome to repurchase at any time.
After the thirty days
After thirty days, refunds are no longer offered by default. If something unusual has happened and you feel a refund is warranted, email us anyway and we will consider it case by case. We would rather you feel fairly treated than hold to an arbitrary line.
Chargebacks
Please email us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We can almost always resolve the issue more quickly and cleanly through a direct refund. A chargeback filed without contacting us first may delay the resolution.
