About these terms
These terms govern your use of embodi.life, the Embodi course portal, and any products or services we offer under the Embodi brand. Embodi is operated by EFG Endeavors LLC, a limited liability company registered in Florida, United States.
By using our website or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What we provide
Embodi creates educational content on women's hormonal health, beginning with the Biology Blueprint digital course. Our courses are educational only. They are not medical advice, and nothing we publish replaces the guidance of a qualified health professional.
Your account
When you purchase a course, we create an account associated with your email. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, email us at hello@embodi.life and we will help.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share your account with others, or use someone else's account without permission.
- Redistribute, resell, or publish our course content in any form, in part or in full.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe on anyone's rights.
- Attempt to breach, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Purchases, access, and pricing
Prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise noted. Local taxes may apply and are handled by our payment processor. When you complete a purchase, you receive lifetime access to the product you bought, subject to these terms. Lifetime means for as long as Embodi continues to operate the service. If we ever cease operating, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to retain access to the content you paid for.
Refunds
We offer a thirty-day unconditional refund on course purchases. Details live in our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
All course content, including text, illustrations, and media, is the intellectual property of EFG Endeavors LLC (trading as Embodi) or our licensors. When you purchase a course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use that content for your own learning. You do not acquire ownership and you may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Educational only, not medical advice
Embodi's content is educational. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified health professional for any questions about your health, medical conditions, or treatment options. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read on Embodi.
Changes to the service
We may update or change the course content and the service over time. We will not materially reduce what you have already paid for; if anything, we intend to keep improving it. If we ever need to retire a product, we will give you reasonable notice and handle the transition fairly.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Embodi and EFG Endeavors LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim connected to Embodi is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
None of this limits rights that cannot be limited under the laws of your jurisdiction.
Termination
You can close your account at any time from your account settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, your access ends, and our Privacy Policy describes how we handle any remaining data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state, unless your local law provides you with rights that override this clause.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms over time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and, if the change is material, notify registered users by email. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
